Who We Are
Save Our Souls - S.O.S. Rescue - is a 501(c)(3) non profit rescue run solely by volunteers in Georgia and the Northeast. We are a no-kill, foster-based rescue devoted to finding loving homes for homeless animals in the Southeast.
Most of our puppies/dogs and kittens/cats come from southern, high-kill shelters. Some occasionally come from owner surrenders or as strays. Upon rescue, our animals are fully vetted and placed in foster homes where they learn love and are taught how to live in a home environment.
All of our animals are up-to-date on age appropriate shots, spayed or neutered, micro-chipped, and are tested for personality traits as best as possible. We have many wonderful dogs and cats looking for forever homes.

SOS Rescue operates solely on donations and volunteers. We are seeking fosters to love and care for our dogs or cats until they are adopted.
Typically we need only a 3-4 week commitment. We can provide fosters with food and crates, if necessary. If you live in Central Georgia and
